We combine strategy, design, and technology to create digital and physical products that actually get used. From mapping out context and challenges, to rapid prototyping and building scalable solutions, our goal is simple: make innovation practical, tangible, and valuable in the real world.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Intro case:\u00a0<\/strong>In maritime, good ideas are never the problem, making them work in practice is. Many initiatives struggle to get beyond the pilot stage, not because the technology isn\u2019t there, but because context and adoption are overlooked. In this talk, we\u2019ll explore how to take a rough idea and shape it into a Minimum Viable Product that actually sticks within an organisation.
