IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL…

– Guide our customers through the onboarding process and make sure that they experience a smooth implementation of our software.
– Be the first point of contact when our client needs support and you’ll check in with them regularly.
– Continually improve our solutions guide and knowledge base.
– Assist in the pre-sales phase by analyzing potential client’s needs and providing technical support to our business development team during demos.
– Work closely with the other departments at Qargo like engineering, sales and product. You’ll travel to London on a regular basis.

– You are a true self-starter who takes initiative.
– You are customer obsessed and you always strive for the best customer experience.
– You are proactive, well organized and punctual.
– You are fluent in English and Dutch.
