Here’s what you’ll be up to
* Leading the organization towards more complex large integrated projects in close collaboration with the Project Development Teams in the countries.
* Introducing and evaluating new construction techniques, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency, sustainability, and project outcomes. Stay up-to-date with industry innovations and drive their adoption within the organization.
* Lead technical due diligence processes starting from land acquisition to feasibility studies, cost analyses, evaluations, environmental assessments and surveys, etc.
* Collaborating with the internal departments (thinking along to ideal solution for the customer), and with external partners like architectural offices, study agencies, contractors, … Acting as an intermediary between the customer and the internal teams to help translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
* Overseeing project budgets and managing vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement.
Steering the Project Development teams and maintain close contact with all the WDP entities in the different countries we’re active in. You report to the COO of our company.
