Panel discussion: Leadership in motion: from strategy to people

On Tuesday 22 September, KMOinsider and Netwerkers.be will open the trade fair at Flanders Expo in Ghent with an inspiring panel discussion on a topic that affects every organisation: Leadership & Management.

How do you provide direction in challenging economic times? How do you get people on board with change? And how do you build teams that not only perform well, but also remain connected, motivated and agile?

This panel discussion will focus on leadership in all its facets: from defining strategy and making clear choices to engaging people in change. It will examine the importance of communication, particularly when organisations are going through turbulent times. Topics such as authentic leadership, building trust, having the courage to give feedback and listening to staff will also be addressed.

The discussion will also focus on the role of managers today. They must not only deliver results, but also deal with different generations, diversity, changing expectations and a growing need for connection.

Led by moderators Stijn Van der Meulen and Yann Van den Branden, a discussion unfolds on leadership that is making a difference today.
