FLEX IMPACT® - The original Polymer flexible barrier system.
BOPLAN® FLEX IMPACT® has been specially developed to create a safe (working) environment in an economical manner. To ensure perfect protection of people, machinery, tools, goods, buildings and infrastructure in places where forklift trucks, carriages or other vehicles are used. After all, machine downtime or repairs after collision still result in excessive and unreasonable costs. Moreover, there are also the adverse effects in the event of human injury. Therefore, the FLEX IMPACT system has been tested extensively to comply with the strictest safety standards. FLEX IMPACT has been developed totally modularly so the separate elements can be easily positioned and, if required, replaced. This is a cost-saving factor that must be highly valued.
AXES GATE - Fall protection for ladderway openings and platforms.
The AXES GATE was developed as fall protection for ladders with safety cages and work platforms. The gate prevents you from stepping or falling directly out of an opening. The gate shuts automatically and is manufactured entirely from plastic. When working at considerable heights or in hostile environments optimal fall protection is vitally important. The openings of ladders with safety cages and access to machines and work platforms must always be safely screened off. With the AXES GATE nothing is left to chance. Our gates shut automatically, which means that the negligence factor is also eliminated. What's more they are made from plastic, which makes them highly suitable for applications in extremely salty environments such as on drilling platforms or in the vicinity of corrosive chemicals. Boplan AXES GATES are manufactured from high quality, reinforced plastic using unique technology. It makes them exceptionally light and extremely impact resistant. The absence of sliding bearings or electrical driving mechanisms ensures unprecedented durability and performance reliability. Rust or corrosion does not affect the plastic or the stainless steel mounts, which means that no weak areas appear over time. The AXES GATE can be used in the most diverse situations where reliable fall protection is a top priority. To optimally satisfy the requirements of the environment, of the job and of the working conditions, the AXES GATE is available in diverse dimensions, versions and opening directions. The systems are delivered fully assembled.
XTRA GRIP - Anti-Slip system designed to eliminate slip hazards.
Skid and fall: it seems trivial but it still is the second largest cause of accidents in work places and public areas. The consequences reach from freight and embarrassement to serious injuries. XTRA GRIP strongly reduces skidding hazards in all possible risk situations near staircases, ladders, platforms, aisles, loading docks, passages, working platforms, access slipways, industrial flooring, etc. XTRA GRIP is a high-technological multilayer sheets made of strong plastic with lined non-skid particles that do not loosen when being driven on and that also remain their safe and reliable function when wet. XTRA GRIP is a durable, high-impact and maintenance-free sheet that excludes any kind of skidding.
Rack protection for an optimum in warehouse protection
Rack protectors will not only save you from considerable warehouse damage, they will also help you prevent human suffering. Crashes between racking and forklifts are among the most common workplace accidents in warehouses. Warehouse operatives are often under severe time constraints and often have to manoeuvre quickly in a relatively small space. A crash against a rack is therefore an accident waiting to happen. Column & Corner Protectors - The best collective protection for load-bearing pillars and columns
You can find the best protection for load-bearing pillars and columns in Boplan’s FLEX IMPACT® series. Our systems for column protection can be deployed as protection for collisions with walls, corners, machines, load-bearing pillars and columns, both inside factories and warehouses and outdoors. After all, collisions can endanger the long-term stability of your building’s entire construction. But also the unappealing sight of damaged concrete, walls and infrastructure after multiple collisions are a poor testimony to your company's professionalism. Our column protectors make that problem a thing of the past. Pillar protection with a large capacity for compression Our systems for pillar or column protection have a large capacity for compression. This is why our pillar protection can meet and absorb collision impact perfectly, safeguarding the pillar from structural damage. For smaller, non load-bearing pillars or columns, we recommend our more discreet corner protection.
DOCK GATE: NEXT LEVEL SAFETY GATES
Loading docks and elevated platforms pose a serious risk of falls in industrial environments. Boplan’s DOCK GATES provide a robust and impact-resistant solution that acts as fall protection or as an impact-resistant barrier arm to close off access to a specific area. The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R is a manual safety gate with an impact resistance of 10.2 kJ on both bars and posts. The FLEX IMPACT® DG250R AE offers the same superior protection on the bars and is motorised for added efficiency and convenience. For ultimate impact resistance, the DG250F offers 16 kJ of protection - the strongest polymer dock gate in the world. Tested to UNI TS 11886 standards, it’s the first and only gate certified for impact resistance on both bars and posts, making it the first choice for maximum dock safety.
DOCK BUMPER: COLLISION PROTECTION FOR LOADING DOCKS
Warehouse staff and truck drivers see it with their own eyes over and over again: trucks that are hitting the loading dock during a manoeuvre. Entering a loading dock will always be a tricky operation: visibility is far from optimal and drivers do not always hear the people who are trying to warn them. Loading docks are associated with several risks. A driver may make an assessment or control error or lose control of the steering wheel in certain weather conditions. This may seriously damage both the lorry or trailer and the loading dock and doors and the repairs are often hugely expensive. You can avoid these high costs by installing Dock Bumpers: robust, wear-resistant loading dock protectors in polyurethane. Polymer Dock Bumpers are far more resistant to wear, cuts and tears than the conventional EPDM rubber products on the market. Dock Bumpers are also reinforced with an integrated, galvanised metal plate. The Dock Bumpers’ size and striking colour result in extra visibility and safety during docking.
TEDDY PRO - PROTECTIVE BUMPERS TO PREVENT INJURIES OR DAMAGE
TEDDY PRO is a flexible and shock-absorbing profile made from PU you can use for numerous applications. These profiles allow perfectly to protect employees against corners and sharp edges of racks or other constructions. In addition, this kind of wall bumper offers protection to minimize damage caused by carts or trolleys. This way you not only avoid injuring your staff, you also keep the infrastructure and your products dent-free and scratch-free. There are 4 TEDDY PRO models, all in 1-metre and 2-metre versions. There is a flat model (TEDDY PRO FL40) and 3 variants for different types of angles: a round model for corners (TEDDY PRO AR25), another round model for bars (TEDDY PRO RR30) and a triangular model (TEDDY PRO EV19). The TEDDY PRO’s black-and-yellow pattern immediately stands out, which also helps to prevent contact. All TEDDY PRO products are available as single units or in packs of 5, 10 or 50. The TEDDY PRO is easy to apply permanently to a wide range of structures and materials. Its convenient adhesive strip at the bottom allows you to secure the PU strip on steel, concrete and plastic surfaces without the need for any tools. teddy pro profiles can withstand temperatures from -40°C (-40°F) to +100°C (+212°F). The material can easily be manipulated or trimmed to the desired length. It can be applied to and around the smallest corners and edges of steel racks, concrete walls or columns and many other structural elements. You will achieve a hugely appreciated result with very little effort. TEDDY PRO significantly reduces the risk of injuries to humans and scratches and dents in materials, and this in turn will have a positive effect on the working atmosphere.
BOPLAN® Safety Totem - Polymer safety cone for optimal protection and signaling
The Safety Totem ensures effective protection of dangerous obstacles on the work site where there is traffic from forklift trucks, trucks, bulldozers or other (heavy) rolling stock. Due to its height of 2m40 and striking yellow color, the totem also has a clear signaling function in which drivers and employees are remotely alerted to a possible danger even from e.g. a truck cabin. The mobile totem has a large panel on the front on which all kinds of messages can be communicated. Large black arrows indicate which side to pass the totem. The totem can be weighted with water (up to a maximum level) for optimal stability and has special recesses for easy transport with a forklift.
