SPIE Belgium supports public transport companies such as De Lijn and TEC in the electrification of their depots (DC charging stations, pantographs, software integration, GTC supervision).
The company is also a strategic partner of leading Charge Point Operators (CPO).
SPIE Belgium also works on AC projects for both public and private buildings (hospitals, business centers, institutions), and for energy suppliers such as TotalEnergies (installation, network rollout, integration, and maintenance).
With a view to future logistics needs, SPIE Belgium develops solutions for charging trucks via the Mega Charge System (MCS). SPIE Belgium has already installed more than 10,000 charging points in Europe and actively contributes to the transition to sustainable and smarter mobility.
Installation – Turnkey solutions From the initial study to commissioning: SPIE Belgium handles the complete installation of charging infrastructure. Our multidisciplinary teams combine electrical engineering, civil engineering, and IT systems to guarantee reliable, compliant, and timely projects.

Maintenance – A long-term commitment Our preventive and corrective maintenance services guarantee the continuous availability of the infrastructure. Thanks to local teams, 24/7 on-call services, and remote monitoring, we guarantee long-term performance and reliability, in accordance with contractual service and performance levels (SLA, Service Level Agreement).
The future of electric mobility rests on four pillars:
1. Public transport The electrification of buses and urban transport fleets is a priority. SPIE Belgium is already supporting De Lijn and TEC in the transformation of their depots and continues to invest in innovative solutions (pantographs, smart grids).
2. Charge Point Operators (CPO) Charging operators continue to grow rapidly. Our role is to strengthen their competitiveness through reliable, scalable, and safe infrastructure.
3. Smart Cities E-mobility goes beyond mere charging: it is becoming a key component of smart cities, thanks to the integration of consumption data and the optimization of energy distribution via networks. SPIE Belgium is already developing solutions to link mobility to energy networks and digital urban services.
4. TRUCKS AND LOGISTICS The transition to electric trucks is a crucial step to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve decarbonization targets. Thanks to advances in battery and drive technology, electric trucks are now more efficient and profitable. SPIE Belgium immediately positioned itself as the key partner to guide this development and is already developing and installing the necessary charging infrastructure to support its customers in this transition with ready-made solutions.
History – Experience that counts SPIE Belgium has been supporting the rollout of electric mobility in Europe for over ten years. We have achieved important milestones by collaborating with pioneers in the sector and participating in projects that strengthen the energy transition ecosystem:
2014 Establishment of the e-mobility department within the Infrastructure division. First Tesla charging stations installed.
2017 Installation and commissioning of charging stations for ENECO.
2019 Agreement and rollout of the Ionity network.
2021 Framework agreement with De Lijn for the electrification of bus depots in Flanders.
2022 Installation and maintenance of public charging stations for TotalEnergies.
2023 Completion of the first Electra sites.
2024 Commissioning of the first Eranovum sites.
2025 Framework agreement with Mobilize (Renault).
