Lidl Regional Distribution Centre
TSL acted as the main contractor for the design, construction, and fit-out of Lidl’s flagship Regional Distribution Centre in Luton—Europe’s largest RDC for the client. The facility spans approximately 1.2 million square feet and includes a 7m deep, 16,000 sq ft waterproof basement to accommodate advanced cladrack automation systems.
This complex project involved extensive groundworks, specialist automation integration, and close coordination with Lidl’s operational teams to ensure seamless delivery. TSL led the design process in partnership with its specialist supply chain, delivering the scheme to exacting standards on programme and in line with Lidl’s strategic logistics expansion goals.
