Versatile Construction Team Leader
As a Versatile Construction Team Leader, you lead a construction team while actively working on site. You coordinate and carry out various activities, including structural work, concrete work, masonry and minor finishing works. You ensure smooth planning and follow-up and monitor quality, tidiness, cleanliness and safety. You are the main point of contact for your team and the Site Manager and ensure compliance with safety rules and correct use of PPE.
You have experience in construction, preferably as a team leader or working foreman. You have solid technical knowledge, can read plans and have good spatial awareness. You are precise, punctual, safety-conscious and able to motivate and organise a team. A category B driving licence is required. You are communicative and speak Dutch and either French or English well.

C/CE driver
As a C/CE Driver, you are an essential link in our construction activities. You are responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials, machinery and equipment between our depots and sites. Depending on your role, you may operate different vehicles, including tractor units, trailers, crane trucks, mixers, bulk trucks or low-loaders. You ensure correct loading, comply with traffic and safety regulations and handle the equipment responsibly. Basic checks, routine maintenance and reporting defects are also part of your duties. You are punctual, accurate, flexible and safety-conscious. You hold a valid C or CE driving licence, Code 95 and driver card. Technical knowledge and construction experience are a plus. You speak Dutch, French or English and are flexible depending on the role.

Transport Equipment Technician
As a Transport Equipment Technician, you work with your colleagues to ensure the maintenance, reliability and availability of our transport equipment. In the workshop, you carry out maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, crash attenuators, crane trucks, emulsion trucks, sweeper trucks, tankers and bulk trucks, in consultation with the workshop manager. You have a technical qualification in automotive mechanics or mechanics and at least 2 years of experience maintaining and repairing transport equipment. You hold a category B driving licence and have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one. You are organised, persistent, safety-conscious and have a problem-solving mindset. Welding skills are a plus.

Building Services Site Manager – challenging projects
For projects in Schaerbeek, Brussels and Moorsele, we are looking for a driven Building Services Site Manager. You will take charge of the day-to-day management of the site and be responsible for its follow-up, coordination, optimisation and completion from A to Z. You will monitor planning, quality and execution and maintain contact with the client, suppliers and subcontractors. You will work independently while receiving support from internal departments such as purchasing, estimating and logistics. Ideally, you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field (electromechanics, electrical engineering, electronics, etc.) or have relevant experience in the building services sector. You are communicative, sociable, entrepreneurial and proactive. Thanks to your technical knowledge and analytical mindset, you are able to anticipate potential issues. Travelling between different sites and working flexibly are no problem for you.
