JOST strengthens its European network with CTJ Janssen

JOST has signed an agreement to acquire CTJ Janssen GmbH (CTJ), a leading transport and logistics company in Germany. This strategic transaction significantly strengthens the group's presence in Europe's largest logistics market and opens up new opportunities for its customers. With nearly 650 employees, a fleet of approximately 400 trucks, over 500 trailers, and 650 coordinated shipments daily, CTJ brings to JOST recognized expertise in the food, beverage, and consumer goods sectors. For manufacturers, this integration primarily represents a tangible advantage: a denser network, increased transport and storage capacity, enhanced coverage in Germany, and even more efficient connections across Europe. Thanks to the complementary nature of the two companies, customers will benefit from: • greater flexibility to absorb fluctuations in business activity; • enhanced logistics capabilities; • easier access to the German market; • even broader European coverage; • A single point of contact for integrated transport and logistics solutions; • Enhanced sector expertise, particularly in agri-food and consumer goods. Beyond infrastructure and operational resources, JOST and CTJ share the same vision: customer proximity, operational excellence, innovation, and sustainable development. Once the transaction is finalized, nearly 4,000 employees will combine their skills within a network present in 10 European and North African countries. This new dimension will allow JOST to pursue its ambition: to sustainably support its customers' growth through reliable, efficient, and responsible logistics solutions. With CTJ, JOST strengthens its ability to connect businesses to their markets and make logistics a true driver of competitiveness.
