With Stadsbader, we have achieved the Platinum label within the Best Managed Companies program. This recognition is awarded to companies that excel in strategy, innovation, leadership, and sustainable growth for seven consecutive years. With this, we reach the highest level within the program. The Best Managed Companies program is an initiative of Deloitte Private, in collaboration with Econopolis and KU Leuven. Belgian private companies are assessed by an independent jury based on four pillars: strategy, capabilities, engagement, and financial performance. The jury praised Stadsbader for, among other things, its impressive vertical integration, technical expertise, strong leadership, and the financial stability of the group. In addition, the clear sustainability vision and the continuous focus on innovation were explicitly highlighted. According to Dominique Valcke, the process within Best Managed Companies offers an objective mirror that helps the organization continue to grow and improve every year. The Platinum recognition represents an important milestone for the group and confirms the strength of the organization, the long-term vision, and the daily commitment of all employees, partners, and customers.
