PNTS Air at Brucargo: the new messaging stream, explained step by step
Customs procedures at the Brussels Airport air cargo zone are changing. In this dossier, we explain exactly what is changing, how the new flow from arrival to clearance works, and how Streamliner ensures that your goods continue to flow smoothly. What is changing? At Brucargo, a new customs procedure is being introduced for the inbound flow between ground handlers and economic operators. Two new messages are central to this: the Transfer Message and the Deconsolidation Message. Together, they will eventually replace the GCB lists, which are familiar PLDA functionalities. On the customs side, both messages are directly linked to goods accounting. Every movement is therefore automatically processed in the inventory administration of the temporary storage, without any additional administration on your part. Furthermore, within Streamliner, the messages link to the RTO module, together with NCTS and IDMS, so that your own RTO inventory is also automatically tracked.
