Transuniverse Forwarding has acquired the core operations of Ziegler Belgium, marking an important step in our continued growth. Through this strategic acquisition, we strengthen our position as a leading independent logistics player in Belgium and further expand our services in transport, logistics, customs, maritime forwarding and specialized logistics solutions.

The acquisition includes several locations across Belgium and involves the integration of a large number of experienced employees. This allows us to preserve valuable expertise, know-how and customer relationships. Our group turnover increases to more than €135 million, while our logistics capacity grows to over 75,000 m² of warehouse and storage space.

With a significantly strengthened customs team, additional operational expertise and new services such as exhibition logistics, we are able to support our customers even better in managing increasingly complex international trade flows. The combination of both organizations creates important synergies in transport, warehousing, distribution and customs. As a result, our customers can benefit from an even broader range of services and greater operational strength.
