RENATURE® Thermo: reliable insulation for temperature-sensitive shipments

RENATURE® Thermo is an innovative insulated packaging solution for food, pharmaceutical products, and other chilled or frozen shipments. The solution combines moisture-resistant kraft paper with an insulating core mainly made from plant-based starch.

⚡ Efficient packing, optimal protection
Thanks to its smart U-shaped insulation panels, all six sides of the shipment are protected using only two elements. This simplifies the packing process and supports efficient handling in logistics and e-commerce environments.

❄️ Reliable temperature control
RENATURE® Thermo helps maintain the required temperature during transport. Depending on the configuration and cooling elements used, the system can keep temperatures within the desired range for up to 48 to 72 hours.

♻️ Designed with end-of-life disposal in mind
The outer paper layer can be recycled through the paper waste stream. The starch-based insulating core is certified for home composting under the OK compost HOME certification issued by TÜV Austria. Both materials can be easily separated after use.

📉 Lightweight and reusable
Its low density helps keep packaging weight to a minimum compared with many alternative insulation solutions. The insulation panels can also be reused multiple times where the application allows.
