On Tuesday 14 October 2025, KMOinsider and Netwerkers.be will organise an inspiring panel discussion on “HR game changers in transport & logistics” during Transport & Logistics. Experts from the sector and academia will discuss how companies deal with labour shortages, digitalisation, automation and the expectations of young talent such as Gen Z. Themes such as human-machine collaboration, gamification and diversity will be discussed, with a focus on the role of HR in a rapidly changing working environment.

Discover a unique networking environment with 30 themed tables, each led by an expert moderator, where 150 participants will have the opportunity to make valuable connections and exchange knowledge.

The moderators remain seated at their tables; the participants move on to different tables. A week in advance, you can see which tables you will be seated at and who your tablemates are, including the information they have entered in their profiles. The moderator will contact you in advance to find out about your questions, expectations, and motives. This preparation ensures more focused and valuable conversations. There are a total of 30 themes available. As a participant, you choose the three that best match your interests and networking goals.
