SMART BADGE
- On visitor’s initiative.
- All exhibitors can distribute their info via the reader (info uploaded on My Easyfairs).
- No conversation needed with the visitor, install the reader on your stand and they will automatically receive your info.
- GoLeads/GoPlus exhibitors will receive a visitor list with data from the registration when they have scanned at your stand. GoVisibility exhibitors will only be shown the number of touches.
Preparation: put as much company info as possible on My Easyfairs. The reader will be delivered to your stand during set-up.
Visit connect
- Exhibitor-initiated.
- Qualify leads by asking questions and taking notes in the app.
- Gather all information at a single point.
- Lead follow-up: contact the visitor after the exhibition.
Prearation: once you are registered as booth staff, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your personal visit connect.
You can also add questions in advance in the portal for optimal lead follow-up (not compulsory).
