Service Coordinator (M/F) Your Role As a Service Coordinator, you are the link between colleagues and customers. This position focuses primarily on ensuring efficient scheduling for our service technicians (both in-house and field) and relieving our customers of their burdens. • You identify the customer's needs and translate them into ready-made solutions. • You schedule the service technicians and ensure the necessary materials and parts are available. • You closely monitor the work and keep the customer informed of the progress. • You proactively approach the customer regarding maintenance contracts, repairs, or overhaul work. • You prepare quotations and ensure the proper handling of service reports so that invoicing can be done on time.
