Montea is strengthening its Belgian portfolio at three strategic logistics locations. In the Port of Antwerp, the company will develop a new pre-let logistics hub at a prime port location.
In Anderlecht, Montea acquires an urban distribution site which is let to bpost on a long-term basis.
In addition, Montea has signed a long-term lease agreement in Beringen, for the former Euro Shoe site acquired at the end of last year. CRG, the group behind the fashion brands JBC, CKS and Mayerline, will centralise their logistics operations on the site.
