SMART BADGE

  1. On visitor’s initiative.
  2. All exhibitors can distribute their info via the reader (info uploaded on My Easyfairs).
  3. No conversation needed with the visitor, install the reader on your stand and they will automatically receive your info.
  4. GoLeads/GoPlus exhibitors will receive a visitor list with data from the registration when they have scanned at your stand. GoVisibility exhibitors will only be shown the number of touches.

    Preparation: put as much company info as possible on My Easyfairs. The reader will be delivered to your stand during set-up.

Visit connect

  1. Exhibitor-initiated.
  2. Qualify leads by asking questions and taking notes in the app.
  3. Gather all information at a single point.
  4. Lead follow-up: contact the visitor after the exhibition.

Prearation: once you are registered as booth staff, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link to your personal visit connect.

You can also add questions in advance in the portal for optimal lead follow-up (not compulsory).
