Als WDP Procurement Manager op corporate niveau, waarbij je rapporteert aan de head of property management, sta je in voor de beoordeling van zowel nationale als internationale leveranciers, producten en diensten en voor de voorbereiding van aanbestedingen en contractonderhandelingen. Je zorgt voor kostenefficiënte en kwalitatieve aankopen. Je werkt een strategie uit voor de aankoop en acquisitie van producten en diensten en zoekt naar opportuniteiten voor WDP in de context van internationaal volumevoordeel.

The Head of IT & Digital is in the driver’s seat. Together with the team and the external partners, he or she is responsible for shaping and tracking the IT strategy in line with WDP’s business strategy. The first goal of the Head of IT & Digital is to bring stability. Resting on that foundation, change becomes the focus. There is a need for project planning with the necessary buffers – a helicopter view that provides the framework for the team.

You collect, combine and analyse data from different source systems and provide data-driven insights for the Energy, Sustainability and Governance (ESG) teams;
You work with the corporate legal teams to continuously stay up-to-date about new requirements related to sustainability reporting in accordance with, for example, EU Taxonomy or TCFD reporting. In the coming years, these will require a considerable increase in new reporting related to energy consumption and CO2 emissions. You set up these business processes to ensure that data ends up in the right visualisations and reports as automatically and error-free as possible;

You consult with the various Business Owners to capture and analyse detailed needs and requirements. You translate the business requirements into functional requirements that the external partner(s) can work with.
You will act as the first point of contact and coordinator for external partners and be the bridge to internal customers and Business Owners.
