SHE Manager Belgium

Responsibilities:
• Implement a welfare policy and monitor health and safety of employees
• Implementation and enforcement of safety and environmental procedures, instructions and regulations within Belgium
• Looking for and implementing solutions together with our stakeholders
• Systematic risk analyses and translation into preventive measures and actions
• Training policy within Yusen Logistics regarding employee safety
• Representation of QHSES in project teams
• Head of the crisis team
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders
Qualifications:
• Bachelors’ or master’s and a “Prevention Advisor Level 1” certificate
• Experience in H&S management
• Openness to new ideas; Innovative
• Coaching skills
• Problem-solving mind-set and self-initiative
• Good communicator
• Proficiency in French, Dutch and English
• Willing to travel between sites
