Solutions & Design Engineer

As Solution & Design engineer you would be part of the Contract Logistics Business Development team. You would work on medium to large projects being responsible for bringing the best solution to the table for the customer. Beside that you would have an important role to develop tools and processes supporting the team processes.

Responsibilities:
• Innovative Designs: Create designs for new contracts and renewals
• RFQ Responses: Develop responses to RFQs and contract renewals
• Solutions Design: Analyze, profile, and validate customer needs
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and IT
• Client Presentations: Subject matter expert in sales solutions
• Innovation & Automation: Partner with internal Innovation experts and external Solutions Integrators
• Continuous Improvement: Culture of continuous learning
• Tool and Process Development: Collaborate in project teams to create and maintain tools and processes
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience in distribution
• Supply Chain Expertise
• Presentation Skills
• Bachelor’s in Engineering/Economics.
• Proficiency in English
• WMS Knowledge
