Friedrichshafen, Germany. ZF’s Commercial Vehicle Solutions (CVS) division announces several major updates on its telematic portfolio for fleets, showcasing these for the first time at the international fair “transport logistic” in Munich.
Updates of the ZFs telematic solutions include a roll-out of the new digital fleet orchestration platform SCALAR to the trailer program by offering various SCALAR-ready telematic solutions. SCALAR offers real-time, data-driven and AI-based automated decision-making and efficiency improvement for fleets. Additionally, ZF presents with a Video Management System (VMS) a new truck telematic solution that aims to boost fleet productivity with evidence-based footage. Combining an internet-connected video recorder and cloud-based software, VMS provides visibility into various situations.
