Application Software Engineer
Together with the Software Development Manager, you translate end-user needs into clear, business-oriented solutions and technical specifications; you maintain existing applications and develop new functionalities with attention to user-friendliness, quality, and robustness; you test software, track down errors, and ensure a well-thought-out solution; together with colleagues, you plan implementations. You monitor risks, impact on users, and interaction with existing systems; you research new technologies, create practical test setups, and translate relevant innovations into our work environment; you write clear documentation for users and IT colleagues and help them make better use of the software (e.g., by providing training); in the absence of colleagues, you answer user questions and help resolve urgent problems.
Your technical basis: - Java 8/17 - C#, .Net 8+ - Oracle PL/SQL, SQL Server T-SQL or NoSQL - Angular or Blazor Interested in: - Logistics, Copilot Studio, Boomi Integration; Azure DevOps
